Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Workout Zone website and app ("the Service"), operated by the gym owner or operator using the Workout Zone platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may be managed, deactivated, or assigned a role (client, trainer, manager) by the gym owner or administrator.

2. Roles and relationships

The Service connects clients, trainers, and gym managers. When a trainer is assigned to you, they can view your training history, routines, progress, and shared notes as described in the Privacy Policy. Gym managers can view gym-wide activity and roster information needed to run the business.

3. Training and health

Workout Zone is a tool for logging workouts and managing session credits. It is not a medical or fitness advice service. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program. You are responsible for exercising safely and within your own limits.

4. Payments and session credits

Prepaid session packages and payments are recorded in the app as a convenience for you and your trainer. The actual financial transaction takes place outside the app unless your gym has configured an integrated payment provider. Credits are deducted when a trainer confirms a session. Voiding or refunding credits is at the discretion of your gym and trainer.

5. Bookings and cancellations

When trainers connect a Google Calendar, clients may request bookings during published availability. A booking is not confirmed until the trainer accepts it. Cancellations should be made as early as possible through the app. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a deducted credit at your trainer's or gym's discretion.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or spam other users through chat, comments, or the gym feed.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Interfere with the security or availability of the Service.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes on others' rights.

7. Termination

The gym owner or administrator may suspend or deactivate your account at any time, including for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may also request account closure by contacting your gym administrator.

8. Limitation of liability

Workout Zone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service, including incorrect workout data, missed bookings, or credit disputes.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
